Separately to Happier Step project, I have started learning about colour and light, following James Gurney’s book Color and Light: A Guide for Realist Painter.

Though I don’t think I will ever go for realistic drawing style, I always wanted to be able to make little drawings magical by adding colourful glow them.

Social media is something I definitely be using as an artist to reach out to more people who might be interested in your work, both casually and professionally. But it is also a scary thing to put your hard work out in the wild for anyone to see and criticise…….. and that thinking is what I need to work on most importantly. No much people actually comments negatively, UNTIL you get BIG. By then, you should be proud of your work regardless and learn to ignore those negative people.

Anyways, here’s my first attempt. I will post whatever I get done in the little time I have!
